Antonietta and Frank were married on August 15 at Our Lady of Mt Carmel in Cleveland. The reception was at Weymouth Country Club in Medina.
I could write forever about this wedding. In fact, it’s 4:45 am, and I’ve been trying to summarize all the wonderful people and events associated with this wedding for way too long. So I’ll just say this:
I LOVE PHOTOGRAPHING BIG ITALIAN WEDDINGS!
Antonietta and Frank are beautiful people, inside and out, and were such a joy to work with. In fact, the whole bridal party (all 22 of them) was a blast to be arround. There was so much energy and excitement surrounding this wedding, and it lasted all the way through the reception.
The “getting ready” part of this wedding was fun because the girls were moving at light-speed. The dining room looked like a professional salon, with mirrors and beauty products everywhere. It was a serious operation. I’ll bet there were two dozen people in the house that morning. The few men that were present were safely watching the action from the kitchen.

Great shot, Pete!

Our Lady of Mt Carmel is a beautiful church, and both families have history there. I like it because it’s well-lit and I’m pretty free to move around.

Matthew and Michael Ciocca built this beautiful cake. They own Michael Angelo’s Bakery in Broadview Heights. Matthew is marrying Antonietta’s cousin, Lucia, in November. I wonder what that cake will look like.

Congratulations Antonietta and Frank!
A link to photo-booth pictures will be posted in the near future.
